Create an Automated Sequence

Sequences help you automate customer communication based on specific events or conditions. You can use sequences to send emails, SMS messages, notifications, or perform other automated actions without any manual intervention.

  • From the side menu, navigate to Marketing.
  • Select Sequences.

  • Click Add, then choose New Sequence from Scratch.

  • Enter a Sequence Name.
  • Select a Sequence Trigger based on the event or condition that should start the sequence.
  • Choose whether a customer can be Enrolled Once.

When enabled, a customer can only enter the sequence one time and cannot be enrolled again, even if they meet the trigger in the future.

  • Configure a Counter Condition.

If a customer meets the counter condition while progressing through the sequence, they will automatically be removed from the sequence.

  • Click Create.

Add Steps to Your Sequence

Once the sequence has been created:

  • Click the Sequence Name.

  • Choose whether you want to add an Action or a Condition.

Add an Action

Actions define what happens when a customer reaches that step in the sequence.

  • Enter an Action Name.
  • Enable the action by turning on the Active toggle.
  • Configure when the action should run:

Immediately – Executes as soon as the customer reaches the step.

Offset – Executes after the specified delay.

  • Select the Action Type (for example, Email, SMS)

  • Click Create.

Add a Condition

Conditions allow you to determine whether a customer meets specific criteria before the sequence continues. Based on the result, the customer will follow either the True or False path.

  • Configure the Timing (Immediate or Offset).
  • Select the Condition Type (for example, Number of Class Visits).
  • Choose the condition operator, such as:

Is Equal To

Is More Than

Is Less Than

Is More Than or Equal To

Is Less Than or Equal To

  • Enter the value you want to evaluate against.

  • Configure the True Action and False Action. These are set up the same way as a standard action, allowing you to define what happens depending on whether the customer meets the condition.

  • There are 2 ways to enable a Sequence

1.After creating the Condition or Action the Enable Sequence Option will be visible on the top right.

2. Click the 3 dots of the sequence added and click Enable Sequence.
