Assigning Tags to a Appointment
Tags make it easier to organize and manage appointments by allowing you to categorize bookings based on specific criteria. Once tags are assigned, you can quickly filter appointments and locate specific bookings without manually searching through your schedule.
- Navigate to POS from the top-right corner.

- Select the Customer for whom you want to create the appointment.
- Choose Appointment as the booking type.
- Select the required Service and Instructor.

- Set the appointment Duration.
- Select the appropriate Tag to assign it to the appointment.
- Choose the appointment Date and Time.
- Select the applicable Pass.
- Click Book Appointment to complete the booking.

Note: Once the appointment is created, the assigned tag can be used to easily filter and manage appointments based on your preferred categories by navigating to Appointments from the side menu.
