Grant POS Access to an Instructor


Studio Growth allows administrators to grant instructors access to the Point of Sale (POS), enabling them to process customer purchases directly from their instructor account.



Enable POS Access for an Instructor


  • From the side menu, navigate to Instructors.



  • Create a new instructor or edit an existing one.



  • Complete the required instructor details.
  • Navigate to the Permissions tab.


  • Enable Allow POS Access.
  • Click Submit to save the changes.


Once Allow POS Access has been enabled, the instructor can access and use the Point of Sale (POS) in the same way as an administrator

Note: Instructors with POS Access can process customer purchases through the Point of Sale. Ensure you grant this permission only to instructors who are authorized to complete sales transactions.
