Cancel a Class
Instructors can cancel a scheduled class directly from the Studio Growth mobile app.
Important: To cancel a class, your studio administrator must grant you the required permission. If you do not have permission, you will not be able to cancel the class.
- Open the Studio Growth mobile app.
- Tap Classes from the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the arrow (>) next to the class you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Class.
- Choose whether to Refund Credit or Do Not Refund Credit for customers with active bookings.
- Choose whether you want the class to remain visible on the website after cancellation.
- Tap Confirm and Cancel.
