Show the Number of Spots Left in a Class on the Schedule

You can choose when the number of spots remaining in a class is displayed on your schedule.

This lets you show availability to customers when a class is getting close to full, without displaying the number of available spots for every class.

How to set it up

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Business Settings.
3. Scroll down to Show the number of spots left in a class on the schedule.
4. Choose how you want the number of spots to be displayed. You have three options:
   • Always — always show the number of spots remaining on the schedule.
   • Never — never show the number of spots remaining on the schedule.
   • When Few Remain — only show the number when the remaining spots reach your chosen threshold.
5. If you select When Few Remain, enter the number of spots at which you want the availability count to start showing.
6. Scroll all the way down and click Save to apply your changes.

Example

If you select When Few Remain and set the threshold to 5 spots, the schedule will only display the number of spots remaining when there are 5 or fewer spots available.

This gives you control over when customers see that a class is getting close to full.

Why use this setting?

Showing remaining spots can help create a sense of urgency for classes that are filling up, while keeping your schedule clean for classes that still have plenty of availability.
