Integration with Wellhub
Connect your StudioGrowth account with Wellhub by generating a connection code for each studio location and entering the code in Wellhub.
Connect a Single Location
- Go to Settings.
- Click Integrations.
- Scroll down and click View Details under Wellhub.
- Click Generate Connection Code.
- Click Copy to copy the connection code.
- Share the connection code with the Wellhub team and let them know you want to integrate with StudioGrowth.
Connect Multiple Locations
If your studio has multiple locations, each location will have its own connection code.
- Click Generate Code for the location you want to connect.
- Click Copy.
- Share the connection code with the Wellhub team and let them know you want to integrate with StudioGrowth.
Assign Products
Once your location is connected with Wellhub, assign the appropriate Wellhub products for that location.
- In-Person Product ID: Select the product that should be used for in-person classes at the location.
- Virtual Class Product ID: Select the product that should be used for online or virtual classes at the location.
Every class at a location syncs under its assigned in-person product. Online classes use the virtual class product when one is set. Wellhub prices in-person and virtual products separately.
Make sure the selected products are assigned to the correct connected location before syncing.
Class Sync
When setting up a class, configure the location.
Only classes configured for connected locations will be synced with Wellhub. If a class is configured for a location that is not connected, it will not be included in the Wellhub sync.
If you have multiple locations, make sure each class is configured with the correct location and that the location is connected to Wellhub.
