Low Reservation Class Alert

If you want to be notified when a class has only a certain number of reservations, you can set up a Low Reservation Class Alert. This sends an email before the class starts when the number of reservations reaches your selected limit.

• Go to Business Setup.
• Under Messaging, click Engagement.

• Click Admin & Instructor.
• Select Low Reservation Class Alert.

• Set how many hours before the class starts you want to receive the notification.
• Set the number of reservations or fewer that should trigger the alert.
• Click Save All Changes.

For example, you can set the alert to:

• Hours: 4 hours before class start
• Reservations: 2 or fewer reservations

You’ll then receive an email 4 hours before the class if it has 2 or fewer reservations, allowing you to review the class and decide whether you want to cancel it.
