Enabling Class Reservations on behalf of someone else

As an Admin/Business Owner, In order to allow customers to reserve classes on behalf of someone else:

  • Go to Settings > Business Settings > Customer Profile

  • In your business settings, the option that drives whether a member can make multiple reservations on behalf of friends or family is by checking the option in the 'Customer Profile' checkbox.

  • When the highlighted field is checked, then the user will get an option to make a reservation on behalf of someone else, while booking/reserving.
