Adding Instructors

Instructors are added by Admins via the Admin portal. To add instructors:

  • Firstly, click on 'Messaging' in the side menu and access the 'Transactional' tab.

  • Go to 'Bookings'->'Instructor' and disable the following emails to prevent unnecessary spam. These can be enabled once the instructor(s) have been added and their classes have been assigned.

  • Now, access the 'Instructors' tab from the side menu.

  • Click the 'Add Instructor' button toward the top right.

  • Fill in the correct details in the respective fields. In case multiple instructors use the same email, additional instances of the email can be added by adding a '+1','+2' and so on before the @. Ex. '[email protected]'
  • Enable 'Self check-in & custom payment methods', if these features have been enabled on the platform. Enable 'Allow access to all schedules' if you wish for the instructor to have said access.
  • Scroll down and click 'Submit'.
