Cancelling and Deleting Classes
As an Admin, There are 2 main steps in deleting classes on the StudioGrowth platform. To delete classes:
Click on 'Classes' in the side menu and access 'Class Management'.
Using the side scroll bar, access 'Class Schedule' from under the 'Actions' tab of the required class.
Deleting a single schedule or schedules:
- Now, to simply delete or cancel a single schedule or number of schedules, select the required schedules using the checkboxes on the left and click the 'Cancel Selected' button.
Deleting a class entirely:
- To delete the class entirely, first toggle off 'Show Cancelled', toggle on 'Show Past', select any one schedule and then click the 'Select All Schedules' button, after which you should click the 'Cancel Selected' to cancel all the schedules.
- Make sure to select the correct credit option in the confirmation popup as per your requirement.
- Now, toggle on 'Show Cancelled', select all schedules and click the 'Delete selected cancelled schedules' button, and click 'Yes' on the confirmation popup.
- Click off the 'Class Schedule' tab and toggle on 'Show Past' and 'Show Cancelled' in the 'Class Management' tab.
- You will see a trash can icon under the 'Actions' tab of the required class, signifying the 'Delete' option. Click it and click 'Yes' on the popup menu to successfully delete the class.
