Emailing Customers of a Class

This article deals with emailing customers who've booked a certain class. The way you email your customers depends on the role you play in the studio.

As an Admin:

  • Click 'Classes' in the side menu and access the 'Class Schedule' tab.

  • Click the three dots on the class whose customers you wish to email, and click 'Send Email'

  • Email recipients are categorised as 'Reserved', 'Waitlisted', 'Attended' and 'No show'. Select the category of customers you want to email, enter the subject and body of the email and finally, choose if you wish to send the email instantly, or on a future date and click 'Send'.


As an Instructor:

  • Click the Arrow icon on the required class.

  • Click the 'Send Email' button.

  • Email recipients are categorised as 'Reserved', 'Waitlisted', 'Attended' and 'No show'. Select the category of customers you want to email, enter the subject and body of the email and finally, choose if you wish to send the email instantly, or on a future date and click 'Send Email'.
