Creating an Online Class
NOTE:
If you use Zoom for your online classes, refer to this article to understand Zoom integration with StudioGrowth.
Classes are mainly created by the Admin via the Admin portal. To create online classes:
- First, login to the Admin portal: https://app.studiogrowth.com/session/login
- Click the 'Classes' in the side menu & access 'Class Management'.
- Click the 'Add New Class' button, present toward the top right.
- Fill in or select the required details in the respective fields, like 'Class Name', 'Instructor' etc.
- Refer to these articles if you wish to create a Recurring class or a One time class.
- Scroll down and check the 'Mark this class an ONLINE' option.
- Enter the class URL/meeting link and password if you wish to have a fixed Zoom link or if you use any other provider. Leave these fields empty lf you wish to have a floating Zoom link, provided you've done the integration.
- After this, click 'Submit'.
- After clicking on 'Submit', you will be prompted with the following screen. Refer to this article to learn about assigning passes.
- After assigning passes, the class will be successfully created with a teal 'Recurring' tag or a yellow 'One time' tag, depending on the class type, along with an 'Online' tag.
