Buying a Gift Card

This a customer user journey.

When a customer logs into their studio, they will see their landing page with which they can track, manage their existing bookings and appointments. They can also buy (and cancel) new instances of services from the studio. To buy a Gift Card, a customer must access the 'Gift Card' tab. The label for this tab can differ from studio to studio.

From here, you can scroll down and choose a predetermined gift card amount or a custom amount, fill the required details in the respective fields, choose whether to send the gift card instantly or on a future date and click 'Continue'.

Now, you can fill in your payment details and click 'Complete Checkout'.

After successful payment, you can view your 'Order Summary'.
