Adding/Editing Customer Notes

The Notes feature is an extremely handy feature which can be used to maintain customer records or additional information regarding a particular customer. In order to add a Note to a customer as an Admin:

  • Access the 'Customers' tab from the side menu.

  • Click the 'Notes' button to the right of the required customer.

  • From here, you can add additional information about a customer and also add an injury marker with a description, if they have one.

  • This information can later be accessed and also edited by an instructor, provided the concerned customer signs up for their classes or appointments.
  • An instructor can access the notes by clicking the 'Mark Attendance' button of their class and the clicking the 'Notes' button to the right of the concerned customer.
