Creating Class Pack Pass


Class Pack Passes allow customers to purchase a set number of classes that can be redeemed over time. You can create a new class pack by adding a pass and configuring its details.


  • From the side menu, navigate to Passes.



  • Click Add New Pass.



  • Enter the required pass details, such as the pass name, price, validity, and any other applicable settings.

  • Under Pass Type, select Class Pack.


  • Scroll down and click Continue.

  • Choose whether the pass includes Limited or Unlimited Credits.

Limited Credits: Customers can redeem a fixed number of classes.

Unlimited Credits: Customers can attend classes without a credit limit during the pass validity.

  • If you'd like customers to bring guests, enable Allow Guest Booking.

You can also assign a separate number of guest credits available for the pass.

  • (Optional) Configure Limit Number of Visits by Service to restrict how many times a customer can use the pass for specific services.
  • Review all the pass settings, then click Submit to create the pass.


Note: Use Limit Number of Visits by Service if you want to control how many times a pass can be redeemed for individual services while the pass remains active.

Note: You can only assign classes to a pass after the classes have been created. If no classes are available, create the class first, then return to the pass to assign it.
