Creating Class Pack Pass
Class Pack Passes allow customers to purchase a set number of classes that can be redeemed over time. You can create a new class pack by adding a pass and configuring its details.
- From the side menu, navigate to Passes.
- Click Add New Pass.
- Enter the required pass details, such as the pass name, price, validity, and any other applicable settings.
- Under Pass Type, select Class Pack.
- When Does the Class Pack Expire?
Defines how long the class pack remains valid before it expires. Once the selected period has elapsed, the class pack can no longer be used.
- When Does This Pass Become Active for Attendance?
Immediately When Purchased – The pass becomes active as soon as the purchase is completed, allowing the customer to use it immediately.
On a Specific Date – The pass becomes active on the date you specify, regardless of when it was purchased.
- From When Should the Expiry Period Be Calculated?
As Soon as the Pass Becomes Active – The expiry period starts from the date the pass becomes active.
As Soon as the Pass Is Used to Attend a Class – The expiry period begins when the customer first uses the pass to attend a class.
- Scroll down and click Continue.
- Choose whether the pass includes Limited or Unlimited Credits.
Limited Credits: Customers can redeem a fixed number of classes.
Unlimited Credits: Customers can attend classes without a credit limit during the pass validity.
- If you'd like customers to bring guests, enable Allow Guest Booking.
You can also assign a separate number of guest credits available for the pass.
- (Optional) Configure Limit Number of Visits by Service to restrict how many times a customer can use the pass for specific services.
- Review all the pass settings, then click Submit to create the pass.
Note: Use Limit Number of Visits by Service if you want to control how many times a pass can be redeemed for individual services while the pass remains active.
Note: You can only assign classes to a pass after the classes have been created. If no classes are available, create the class first, then return to the pass to assign it.
