Configure Advanced Settings for a Pass


The Advanced Settings section allows you to customize how a pass behaves. You can configure cancellation fees, no-show fees, booking options, purchase limits, customer eligibility, and more to match your studio's policies.





To use the Charge Late Cancel Fee and Auto Charge No-Show Fee options, you must first enable these features in your business settings.


  • From the side menu, navigate to Settings.
  • Select Business Settings.


  • Scroll down to the Reserve & Cancel Policy section.
  • Enable Late Cancel Fee and No-Show Fee.
  • Set their Prices.

  • Click Save to apply your changes.

Access Advanced Settings



  • Navigate to Passes from the side menu.

  • Create a new pass or edit an existing one.

  • Scroll Down and Expand the Advanced Settings section to configure additional options.


  • Charge Late Cancel Fee – Automatically charge customers a fee if they cancel after the configured cancellation window.
  • Auto Charge No-Show Fee – Automatically charge customers who fail to attend a booked class or appointment.
  • Only for New Customers – Restrict the pass so it can only be purchased by customers who have never made a purchase before.
  • Intro Offer – Mark the pass as an introductory offer for reporting purposes. To restrict purchases to new customers, enable Only for New Customers.
  • Assign It to New Customers Upon Signup – Automatically assign the pass to new customers when they create an account.
  • Highlight This Pack – Feature the pass on your website to make it more visible to customers.
  • Add "Save" on Pack – Display a savings message (for example, Save 20%) on the pass to highlight its value.
  • Hide on Website – Prevent the pass from being displayed on your website while keeping it available within Studio Growth.
  • Enable Longer Booking Window – Allow customers with this pass to book further in advance than the standard booking window.
  • Give Priority in Waitlist – Prioritize customers with this pass when a waitlisted spot becomes available.
  • Limit the Total Number of Purchases – Set a maximum number of times this pass can be purchased across all customers.
  • Limit the Total Number of Purchases per Customer – Restrict how many times an individual customer can purchase this pass.
