How to Cancel a Membership


Studio Growth allows you to cancel a customer's membership either immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, giving you flexibility based on your studio's cancellation policy.


  • From the side menu, navigate to CRM.
  • Select Customers.

  • Search for and open the customer whose membership you want to cancel.


  • Navigate to the Passes tab.


  • Select the membership you want to cancel.
  • Click Cancel Membership.


Choose one of the following cancellation options:

  • At the End of the Billing Cycle – The membership remains active until the current billing cycle ends and will then be cancelled automatically.
  • Immediately – The membership is cancelled right away, and the customer will no longer have access to its benefits.
  • Click Yes, Cancel to confirm the cancellation.

Note: Cancelling a membership is permanent. Be sure to select the appropriate cancellation option before confirming. If you want to temporarily pause a membership instead of cancelling it, see Suspend a Membership.
