Processing Payments

Payments are mainly processed in the Admin portal. There 3 ways to process customer payments:

1.In the 'Customers' Tab

Access the 'CRM' Tab from the side menu and click 'Customers'

Search and select the customer you wish to process payments for and click on their name then head to their 'Passes'.

There are 2 scenarios in which payments can be processed here:


-Processing a past unpaid transaction:

These transactions are marked in yellow under the 'Passes' section.

Select the 'Process Payment' option, choose the required payment method and complete the transaction.


-Processing a live transaction:

This is usually while assigning a new pass to a customer.

Once the required pass is selected, apply any promo codes, if applicable, select the required payment method and complete the transaction.


2.At the bottom of the Dashboard

This is mainly to process Cash and Pay Later payments. The payments here can be processed by clicking the 'Action' button.

After clicking the button, select the required payment method and complete the payment.



3.In the Report Section


Access the 'Analytics' Tab from the side menu and click 'Reports'





Search for Pending Payments.



Now you can access those customers who have pending payments.


Click on Process Payment.



Select Payment Method and click Submit.
